I’m happy to finally have the time to be able to change the design of this website a bit. Thanks to Tudinh’s Equilibrium theme and a couple of little tweaks, obfuscation now has a new look! I hope you guys like how it looks – this time I decided to take a more simple approach for the website to make it more elegant and professional. Hopefully, with this layout change it also means more blog updates for the website.
I have been rather busy over the past few months – involved with a series of extracurricular activities, working in two part-time jobs, and doing other things here and there. At one point before I wanted to ask myself: is all of this sacrifice worth it? Now that the year draws to a close, I start to realize that it has all been worth it. I learned so many new skills and I met so many different people in the process. Prioritizing proved to be something important – especially if you had so many things to do. More importantly, I realized that it is important to have faith in God who provides the wisdom and the strength to go through our daily lives.
This Christmas and New Year season, I am fortunate to be back in Manila once again. I am excited to meet friends and family who I haven’t seen for quite some time and I am excited to eat food that I’ve missed – starting with fast food, Pinoy delicacies, and many many more. I will be posting images of my foodtrips in the next few days. Despite the many tragedies that happened in 2009 – I can still see the optimism of many Filipinos. There is still hope in the midst of suffering – we have seen heroes and patriotic volunteers who help in any way they could.

In the meantime, enjoy your noche buena and your Christmas! May God continue to bless you and your families. Remember the real reason of celebrating this day – the birth of our Savior – the beautiful impossible.

Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year, Kiel!! Enjoy your time in Manila! =)
